Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide original form no.156 and 157(this has be filled if the traveler is between 15 to 55 years) duly signed by the applicant. The traveler has to carry an appointment letter and online filled visa application form.
• 2 recent photographs with white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose, duration of visit and that the company is going to bear all the expenses.
• Invitation letter from the invitee party mentioning the dates and purpose of vist.
• Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills
• Provide personal bank statements, IT papers and credit card copy of the applicant.
• Original Birth Certificate is required for children who are below 14 years of age.

Tourist Visa requirements:-

• Proof of hotel confirmation is required.
• Letters verifying your employment history , specific work skills and NOC letter is required.
• Provide personal bank statements, IT papers and credit card copy of the applicant.
• Original Birth Certificate is required for children who are below 14 years of age.

Medical Requirements:- Nil

Visa Fee:- INR 4200 DD in favor of “US Embassy-Visa Fees payable at New Delhi” VFS Charges –INR 322 DD in favor of “US Embassy-Visa Fees payable at New Delhi” DD has to be made from HDFC bank only. The traveler has to carry original HDFC bank fee receipt with its two barcode  stickers.

Time Taken:- A minimum 4 days are allocated to process the application.

Note:-   1.A prior appointment is required for all travelers.
              2. Personal presence is mandatory for all applicants.
              3. The embassy might ask for the additional documents.
