Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide 1 set of application form duly filled and sighed by the applicant.
• 2 recent, camera clicked, passport size (35mmx45) color photographs, with front face on the white back ground without borders to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Invitation letter from the counterpart in UK on their letter head giving details of the purpose of visit and dates of business meetings and agenda.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Copy of applicants appointment letter and salary slip for the last 3 months.

Tourist Visa requirements:-

• Proof of hotel confirmation required for processing the visa.
• Copy of the ticket is required for submitting the application.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Copy of applicants appointment letter and salary slip for the last 3 months.

Medical Requirements:- Nil

Visa Fee:-   6 Months Single, Double and Multiple Entry- INR 5400 1-5 Multiple Entry- INR 1700 in favor of British High Commission

Time Taken:- A minimum of 2-3 working days should be allocated to process the visa.

Note:- 1. Personal presence might be asked for fresh passport holders.
             2. The embassy might ask for the additional documents.
