Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide 1 sets of application form and family details duly filled in and sighed by the applicant.
• 2 photographs with light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Invitation letter from the counter part in New Zealand on their letter head mentioning the purpose of visit.
• Bank statements from the last 6 months, IT papers from the last 3 years and credit card copy.

Medical Requirements:-

Visa Fee:- 4100 in favor of ‘New Zealand Immigration Services’

Time Taken:- A minimum of 5-7 days are allocated to process the application.

Note:-  1. The embassy might ask for the additional documents and personal presence.
            2. All the travelers who is 70 yrs or above 70 has to go through the medicals from the Embassy authorized panel of doctor.

• Proof of hotel confirmation is required.

Medical Requirements:- Medical Insurance is required if the traveler is above 70 years from the panel of doctors decided by the embassy.
