Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and last page of the passport and all the valid and expired visas on the passport.
• Provide 1 set of application form duly filled in block letters and signed by the applicant.
• 2 recent photographs (30 x 35 mm) with white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Original Invitation letter from the counterpart in Croatia as per the format given in the  form (Annexure I)
• Letters verifying the employment history and specific work skills.
• Copy of the confirmed returned air- ticket.
• Provide bank statements from the last 6 months, IT paper from the last 3 years , and endorsement on the passport @ Euro 50 per day or credit card copy with 6 months credit card statements.

Tourist Visa requirements:-

• Proof of hotel confirmation from Croatia to be faxed directly to the embassy and to the client.
• Letters verifying the employment history, specific work skills and NOC letter from the company.
• Copy of the confirmed returned air- ticket and day to day tour itinerary.
• Provide bank statements from the last 6 months, IT paper from the last 3 years , and endorsement on the passport @ Euro 50 per day or credit card copy with 6 months credit card statements.

Time Taken:- At the discretion of the embassy, as the visa is granted only after the approval comes.
