Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide 1 set of application form with personal information family sheet attached to it. One form and separate personal sheet is required for family and children below 18.
• 3 recent, camera clicked, passport size (45mmx35) color photographs, with front face on the white back ground without borders to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Invitation letter from the counterpart in Canada on their letter head giving details of the purpose of visit and dates of business meetings and agenda.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Copy of applicants appointment letter and salary slip for the last 3 months.

Tourist Visa requirements:-

• Copy of the return air ticket.

• Copy of applicants appointment letter and salary slip for the last 3 months.

Visa Fee:-   Fees to be paid in DD in favor of “Canadian High Commission”
                     Single Entry- INR 2800
                     Multiple Entry- INR 5600
                     VFS Charges- INR 610

Time Taken:- A minimum of 4-5 working days to process the application.

Note:- 1. Personal presence might be asked for first fresh passport holders or first time                     traveler.
               2. The embassy might ask for the additional documents.
