Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide the following application form, duly signed by the applicant.
  • Form No.456
  • Form No.M67
  • Form No.956 (applicable only if the traveler is not submitting the application personally)
• 2 photographs with light or white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Invitation letter from the counterpart in Australia on their letter head giving details of the purpose of visit and dates of business meetings and agenda.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Copy of the air ticket.
• Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills.

Tourist Visa requirements:-

• Covering letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Proof of hotel booking required to process the application.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Copy of the air ticket.
• Letters verifying your employment history, specific work skills and NOC letter from the company.

Medical Requirements:- All the travelers who is 70 yrs or above 70, has to provide insurance for the specified period of stay.

Visa Fee:- 2900 in favor of Australian High Commission, New Delhi  Out Sourced Fee (VFS) - INR 421

Time Taken:- Embassy takes 5-6 days for processing the visa.

Note:-  1. All the travelers who is 70 yrs or above 70, has to go through the medicals from     the                   Embassy authorized panel of doctor.
              2. The embassy might ask for the additional documents.
