Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed by the applicant.
• 2 recent photographs with white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose, duration of visit and that all the expenses will be born by the company.
• Invitation letter from the counterpart in Switzerland mentioning the purpose of visit, one to be faxed directly in the embassy and one to the client.
• Letters verifying your employment history and specific working skills.
• Copy of bank statements from the last 6 months, IT papers from the last 3 years and credit card copy to show the financial credibility of the client.
• Copy of confirmed air ticket.

Tourist Visa requirements:-

• Copy of confirmed air ticket with the detailed day to day tour itinery.
• Copy of the confirmed hotel booking to be faxed directly in the Embassy also.
• Children under the age of 18 who are traveling without parents should carry an authorization letter sighed by both parents.

Medical Requirements:- Nil

Visa Fee:- 2000 in cash.

Time Taken:- A minimum of 2-3 days are required to process the application.

Note:- 1. The Embassy might ask for the additional documents and personal presence.
           2. The traveler is advised to carry his old passport at the time of submitting the                  applications.
