Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide 1 set of application form and declaration form duly signed by the applicant.
• 2 photographs white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Invitation letter from the counterpart in Germany on their letter head giving details of the purpose of visit and dates of business meetings and agenda.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Proof of hotel confirmation for the entire stay in the country.
• Copy of the air ticket. E tickets are acceptable.
• Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills.

Tourist Visa requirements:-

• Original confirmed air ticket with exact check in and check out dates.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Letters verifying your employment history and specific work and NOC letter.

Medical Requirements:- Overseas travel insurance policy, showing a minimum insurance of EUR 30,000 is required.

Visa Fee:- 3400 in favor of "The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, New Delhi". VFS Charges-INR 510 in cash

Time Taken:- A minimum of 3 working days should be allocated to process the visa.

Note:- 1. Personal presence might be required for fresh passport holders or first time                    travelers.
              2. The embassy might ask for the additional documents.
             3. 2 photocopies of the passport are required along with the application form and                   photocopies of all the documents have to be carried while submitting the application                   form.
