Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first, last and the address page of the passport.
• Provide 1 set of application form and insurance undertaking form (to be filled by all the applicants except first time traveler to a schengen country) duly filled and signed by the applicant. All applicants should mention their mobile number on the visa application form.
• 2 colored photographs with white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Invitation letter from the counterpart in France on their letter head giving details of the purpose of visit and dates of business meetings and agenda.
• Proof of hotel confirmation for the entire stay in the country for fresh passport holders.
• Copy of the air ticket. E tickets are acceptable.
• Bank statements of the past 6 months/ IT papers of the past 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills in original as well as photocopy.

Medical Requirements:- Overseas travel insurance policy, showing a minimum insurance of EUR 30,000 is required.

Visa Fee:- 3333 in favor of " 'VFS (I) PVT LTD A/C NO 24105037330". VFS Charges-INR 440 in cash

Time Taken:- A minimum of 5-7 working days should be allocated to process the visa.

Note:- 1. Personal presence might be required for fresh passport holders or first time                    travelers.
              2. The embassy might ask for the additional documents.
