Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide 1 set of application form duly filled in and signed by the applicant.
• 2 recent passport size photographs with white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Invitation letter from the counterpart in Belgium mentioning the purpose, duration and that all the expenses will be borne by the embassy.
• Bank statements for the past 6 months/ IT papers of the last 3 years/copy of credit card and other sources of income.
• Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills.
• Copy of the confirmed air ticket.
• Copy of the confirmed hotel booking.

Medical Requirements:- Overseas travel insurance policy, showing a minimum insurance of EUR 30,000 is required.

Visa Fee:- 3900 in favor of ‘Embassy of Belgium (Consular A/C)' Payable in New Delhi. Out Sourced Visa Fee-INR 449
                                   

Time Taken:- A minimum 3 weeks required to process the application.
