Business Visa requirements:-

• Valid passport with validity of more than six months. Provide photocopies of the first and the last page of the passport.
• Provide 3 sets of original application form, 1 in original and other 2 photocopies, dully filled in and sighed by the applicant with blue pen .the email address and telephone number should be written on the form.
• 3 recent photographs with white background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant as well as from the company on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• The Original invitation letter from the counter part in Spain mentioning the purpose of visit.
• Photocopy of the letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills.
• Photocopy of the proof of hotel confirmation.
• Photocopy of the confirmed air ticket.
• Bank statement for the last 6 months, IT papers for the last 3 years and credit card copy to show the financial credibility of the client.

• If the applicant is a minor, the application has to be signed by the parents, and copies of the passports of the parents will be attached. If the parents do not apply together with the minor, copies of the passports or driver’s licenses of the parents attested by a notary will be attached.

Medical Requirements:- Overseas travel insurance policy, showing a minimum insurance of EUR 30,000 is required.

Visa Fee:- 3480 DD in favor of” Embassy of Spain, New Delhi”. Out Sourced Fee-440 DD in favor of ' IVS Visa Application Center '. Courier Charges-170 DD in favor of ' IVS Visa Application Center

Time Taken:- A minimum of 8 to 10 days are required to process the application.
